The #C4C challenge is an initiative by the Smart City Mission, Ministry of Housing & Urban Affairs and Government of India. #Cycles4Change intends to inspire Indian citizens to adopt cycling in their cities. The Covid-19 global health crisis has brought the movement of people at a standstill. #Cycles4Change encourages cities to implement quick cycling-friendly interventions and incrementally advance towards concrete actions that will facilitate and promote cycling in cities.
